I needed to update the app in the AppStore in order to see it.

Yes, this is available on iPhone. Please update to the latest version in the App Store. If you don't see a prompt to enable the AI feature, then please to go Settings -> AI settings -> and toggle on the feature.

I love this feature. My Psychologist recommended this app to me and when I showed her my reflection she was astounded. I love AI and I’m really impressed with how helpful this feature is for understanding my mental health and helping me take positive actions with the affirmation and exercise suggestions at the end. Just brilliant!!!
